To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, abilities and other job related attributes needed to perform the job at a satisfactory level.
- Follow established rules of each unit for entry to building and work areas, properly attired and in compliance with HACCP guidelines for personal hygiene and observe dress code for proper appearance.
- Comply with all security regulations as mandated by local authorities and unit management.
- Answers all calls from customers with respect to up-counts and changes of flight information and communicates that information to proper channels for execution.
- Make sure that catering vehicle is dispatched to proper gate for specific flight that load is intended for.
- Ensure that truck arrives at proper location at proper time.
- Maintain communication with catering vehicle and operations supervisor
- Conduct interpersonal relations with airline personnel in a courteous professional manner at all times.
- Maintain and update all radio logs, trip records, reports, vouchers, boarding bills, invoices and other documentation accurately and completely.
Job Qualifications:

- Education/Experience -High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Language Ability - Able to communicate effectively in English with store personnel
- Math Ability - Able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Manual Dexterity - Able to work with hands to handle food containers
- Reasoning Ability - Able to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
- Computer Skills - No Computer skills needed.
