The North Central Texas Council of Governments (NCTCOG) Transportation Department is seeking a part-time Project Engineer, full-time Senior Program Manager, or full-time Program Manager to provide planning and technical expertise in support of expediting surface transportation projects (e.g., roadway, tollway, transit, bicycle, pedestrian) in the region. The individual in this position will also assist with the Integrated Transportation and Storm-water Infrastructure (TSI) project, a regional effort to review floodplain regulations for counties that share watersheds. The individual in this position will work an average of 20 hours per week and will be eligible for partial benefits.
Due to the pandemic, the North Central Texas Council of Governments is currently permitting employees to work a hybrid schedule that consists of the equivalent of a minimum of two days per week in the NCTCOG offices in Arlington, Texas, and three days remotely from home within the Dallas-Fort Worth region.
