Advanced Systems Design is seeking a Web Application Programmer for our client located in Montgomery, AL.

Job Overview:

The Web Application Programmer develops, maintains, and supports applications for the organization's Internet/Intranet sites. Gathers and analyzes requirements. Programs all or selected components of Web applications. Documents components and applications. Develops automation techniques to enable end-user content publishing; programs, tests, and implements mapped graphic images, forms, and HTML pages; handles client browser support inquiries; maintains links to external sites and accuracy on internal links while ensuring up-to-date information. Researches, evaluates, and recommends new Internet tools and applications for use in assigned responsibilities. The senior-level Web Applications Programmer has experience in a variety of the more difficult Web tools and languages. The primary duties are application development, including collaborating with key users to gather and document customers' business requirements, and utilizing solid analysis and design skills to build system specifications. The Web developer will use programming language coding techniques and testing practices to achieve consistent execution and meet project timelines

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in Microsoft .NET with hands-on experience in application development experience using , , C#.Net HTML,
  • 7+ years of experience in Oracle Database including writing queries and Stored Procedures
  • 5+ years of experience in Javascript with SQL Reporting Services
  • 1+ years of experience in HL7 messages
  • Experience using MS Reporting Services to create reports
  • Experience with MVC Framework architecture
  • Ability to work independently on multiple assignments and to work collaboratively within a team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to develop solutions requiring analysis and research.
  • Works on small to large, complex projects that require increased skill in multiple technical environments and possesses knowledge in a specific business area.
  • Must have some experience as a project team leader.
  • Experience coaching junior-level staff
  • Must have the ability to understand business requirements and design and develop the software.
  • Ability to create software documentation

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or another related field.

Or

Relevant equivalent work experience above the minimum required
