What does an Account Executive do?
If you’re familiar with the terms: lead generation, prospecting, B2B or KPIs, you already have the basic understanding of this role! As an AE, you will sell industry-leading employment solutions to employers. You will be using a consultative approach to provide quality insights to your customers. You’re also going to:
Call companies and HR professionals to build a pipeline of prospective customers for your growing business
Help connect businesses of all sizes with realistic and comprehensive hiring and recruiting solutions
Provide a competitive advantage in hiring and recruiting for both employers and jobseekers
Maintain and develop customer relationships through a high level of customer service
Give presentations of our services and products utilizing the phone and WebEx
What do I need to have?
A Bachelor Degree
Previous sales experience is a plus
Excellent interpersonal skills
Goal driven and self-motivated
