Hennepin County is hosting Employer of the Day Tuesday, June 5, 2018 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Northwest Family Service Center. UPS is the featured employer. The Recruiter for UPS will be available to talk about their open positions at various metro locations.
UPS is hiring reliable part-time Package Handlers and Operations Supervisors.
Permanent part time positions offered at all four locations. Part-time employees usually work various shifts Monday - Saturday. Fast-paced position requires continual lifting, lowering and sliding packages that weigh 25 to 35 pounds and may weigh up to 70 pounds.
May work indoors and outdoors.
Wages: $15.00 - $18.00 an hour.
Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, education assistance, 401K, paid vacations and holidays, tuition reimbursement.
Requirements: Must be at least 17 years of age. Must be able to pass background check. Must be able to read and understand English. Operations Supervisor must have a HS diploma.
