We focus on continuous quality and process improvement through a formalized field program of “Job Ready”, “Job Complete”, and “Hot Spots”.  From the Production Managers and Field Supervisors to the Master Plumbers and Service Technicians, Capital Mechanical has been the leader in utilizing technology and workflow programs to manage field production.

Capital Mechanical takes quality seriously. Our Quality Inspectors perform inspections to ensure first time quality delivery to our customers. This QI Program coupled with our monthly “Hot Spots” review has become an integral part of Capital Mechanical’s continuous process improvement.
