ANEWSTARR senior and family communities provide quality and affordable residential living throughout eastern Wisconsin. All of our communities have apartments reserved for low to moderate income residents with affordable rental rates.

ANEWSTARR senior communities are affordable Assisted and Independent living facilities for seniors 55 years of age or older, that offer spacious apartments, fully equipped kitchens, bathrooms with roll-in showers and emergency call systems. Units that meet ADA requirements are available. At our facilities, you will appreciate the feeling of both privacy and companionship within a community of friends.

The Assisted Living Program is suitable for seniors who require assistance in maintaining their independence, and who may not have family available to provide the help they need. The Assisted Living Program includes: 24-hour trained staff, health care monitoring and management, medication management and administration, assistance in bathing and dressing, household services including housekeeping, emergency call system and assistance with scheduling transportation. Life enrichment programming and social opportunities and activities are also an important part of our program. Assisted Living is available at Garden Terrace and Becher Terrace communities and will accept Private Pay, Family Care Funding, and other available funding sources.
