Summary/Objective:
Assist the marketing department with general administrative duties in support of company marketing strategy and activities.
Essential Functions:

Graphic design and photography assistance
Update marketing resources and tools
Organize electronic file storage
Event coordination assistance
Help create presentation materials
Newsletter, advertising and brochure creation
Create, file and maintain various documents, forms, records, spreadsheets, and other information related to the marketing functions of the company.
Other marketing assistance as requested
Essential Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge and understanding of social media marketing techniques.
Excellent writing and oral communication skills; creative thinker and writer.
Possesses good time management skills and ability to balance short-term deadlines against long-term goals.
Strong organizational skills and detail oriented.
Required Education and Experience:
Pursuing an associate or bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field.
Experience in Prezi and InDesign preferred, not required.
