JOB SUMMARYResponsible for daily design or technical development of projects under the supervision of a licensed architect. This internship will start around the May time frame and end in August.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare 2D and 3D design materials.
Performs product research; assists project designers and project architects with material selection and system research.
Works with the project architect to develop production drawings.
Assists with construction administration, including shop drawing reviews, material submittals, on-site inspections, etc.
Reviews project documents; coordinates with other design disciplines.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree (B.S. or B.Arch) or Master's Degree (M.Arch) program from four-year college or university.
Good knowledge with Revit, AutoCAD, Sketch-UP and Adobe Suite.
